Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet with Saffron Cream Sauce (HKD208)
Have a perfectly cooked salmon fillet, complete with crisp skin and juicy meat. The salmon was softer than any other salmon I’ve tried in the past, and I was enthralled by it. Served with a side of creamy saffron cream sauce, a delicious and healthy dish for supper but small in portion.
三文魚煎得非常好,魚皮煎至脆身,肉質依然鮮嫩,伴上奶滑的紅花忌廉汁,雖然不算大份,但既好味又健康。
